Courtroom animation / mechanical explanation
Formax Meat Patty Machine
A working 3D animation for a patent dispute, showing how the Formax machine operated and how it differed from a competing mechanism.
Case study
Showing the machine as a working system.
Formax needed to explain its meat patty machine's rotating arm in court. The animation had to help a nontechnical audience follow the mechanism and compare it with a competing design.
I modeled the machinery in Rhino3D and 3DS Max, rendered the sequence with V-Ray, and finished it in After Effects. Clarity, timing, and accuracy mattered more than spectacle.
